These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 555sx platform, accessible at 555sx.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

555sx is an online gaming and sports betting information platform serving users including those based in Pakistan. 555sx does not accept bets directly in a primary operator capacity where prohibited. Users are reminded that the legal status of online gambling varies by jurisdiction. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and associated regulations create legal complexity for Pakistani residents. By using this Platform, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable laws in your jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for compliance. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, promotional terms or game-specific conditions published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms of a promotion or game rule shall prevail over these general Terms in respect of that specific promotion or game only.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

3.1 Age Requirement

To register an Account on 555sx, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We operate a strict adults-only policy. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where this requirement is not satisfied.

Persons under the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. If we discover that an under-age individual has registered an Account, all funds in that Account will be forfeited and the Account closed immediately.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address or payment method — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of balances, including any Bonus funds.

3.3 Jurisdiction Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your country of residence. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use 555sx. Pakistani users are specifically reminded that local gambling laws may restrict or prohibit their participation. 555sx does not represent that its services are authorised by the Government of Pakistan or any Pakistani regulatory body.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your Account. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information — including false date of birth, name or address — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of winnings and forfeiture of balances.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the Platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing your personal details, creating login credentials and confirming acceptance of these Terms. Registration is subject to our verification procedures.

4.2 Identity Verification

555sx operates under anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC compliance obligations. As part of this, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the Platform:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a copy of the card used for deposits);
• Source-of-funds documentation where transaction volumes or risk indicators require it.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. KYC documents must be in your own name and match the registration details on your Account exactly.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. 555sx will never ask for your password by email, chat or telephone. Any activity on your Account during any period when you are logged in — or using your credentials — is your responsibility.

You may use the 555sx Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree that your use of the Platform will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

The following uses are expressly permitted:

• Browsing informational content on sports betting, live casino, payment guides and responsible gaming;
• Creating and managing a personal Account;
• Placing wagers on available markets for personal entertainment purposes where legally permissible;
• Contacting customer support for account-related queries.

Any use of the Platform for commercial purposes, systematic data extraction, or any purpose other than personal use, is expressly prohibited unless 555sx has provided prior written consent.

6.1 Payment Methods

Available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Methods may vary by region, account status and operator configuration. 555sx references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for informational context only. The availability of any payment method for gambling transactions depends on current operator cashier settings, provider policies and applicable regulations. We do not represent that any of these providers endorse or support gambling transactions.

6.2 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including joint accounts where the primary holder's name does not match your Account registration — are not permitted and may result in voided transactions.

6.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of the transaction. For promotional eligibility, specific minimum deposit thresholds apply per offer — these are stated in the relevant promotion's Terms. Illustrative example: a minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 may be required to qualify for a welcome offer; however, actual thresholds are set by the operator and are subject to change.

6.4 Currency

Account balances and transactions are denominated in the currency configured by the operator. PKR (Pakistani Rupee) support is available where applicable. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met:

• Full KYC verification completed and approved;
• No active wagering requirements attached to funds being withdrawn;
• Account in good standing with no outstanding compliance flags;
• Withdrawal destination matching the name and identity on the registered Account.

7.2 Processing Times

555sx does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing is subject to the operator's review queue, payment provider clearing timelines and any additional compliance checks deemed necessary. Users should not interpret receipt of a confirmation email as a guarantee of immediate fund release.

7.3 Withdrawal Method Consistency

Where an operator requires withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for a deposit, you will be required to comply with this requirement. Check the operator's current withdrawal policy for applicable rules.

7.4 Fees

The operator may impose withdrawal processing fees depending on the method selected. Any applicable fees will be displayed in the cashier prior to you confirming your withdrawal request.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, eligible game restrictions, bonus expiry dates and maximum cash-out limits. These terms are published alongside each offer. 555sx provides illustrative bonus examples (such as "100% welcome offer up to PKR 25,000") for informational purposes only; actual live offers are determined by the operator and may differ.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established. This is an illustrative example; actual requirements vary per promotion.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active on your Account, you may not place any single bet exceeding the maximum bet limit specified for that bonus. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or otherwise — may result in the bonus being voided and any winnings generated during the over-limit period being forfeited.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and collusion with other users to exploit promotional structures — is prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, 555sx reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings and close the Account.

8.5 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and certain other categories may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Applicable contribution rates are published with each promotion. Users should review these rates before choosing which games to play while a bonus is active.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555sx Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person or using fraudulently obtained payment instruments;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any automated betting mechanism without explicit written consent from 555sx;
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches or malfunctions. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reversed;
• Multi-Accounting: Opening or operating more than one Account, including accounts in the names of family members or associates at the same address;
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement;
• Third-Party Deposits: Funding an Account using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward any 555sx staff or other users.

555sx is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of income, a solution to financial difficulties or an activity engaged in under emotional distress.

The Platform provides, or facilitates access to, the following responsible gambling tools: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. All content on the 555sx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall presentation and design ("Content") — is the property of 555sx or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written authorisation from 555sx.

12.1 Platform Availability

555sx endeavours to maintain uninterrupted Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue or restrict access to the Platform, or any part of it, at any time for maintenance, security or any other reason, without prior notice.

12.2 Exclusion of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555sx, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from your reliance on informational content published on the Platform; (d) losses arising from network interruptions, technical failures or force majeure events.

12.3 Informational Content

Content on 555sx is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any informational content. In particular, any PKR figures, bonus amounts, payment processing references or game RTP percentages shown are illustrative examples unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, and describes the rights you have in relation to that data.

By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our data practices, you must not use the Platform.

14.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal must be processed and outstanding wagering requirements addressed. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed promptly in accordance with our Responsible Gambling policy.

14.2 Termination by 555sx

555sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity; or (d) the Platform ceases to operate in your jurisdiction.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any funds held in your Account at the time of termination for cause (e.g., confirmed fraud or terms breach) may be subject to forfeiture. For non-cause terminations (e.g., market withdrawal), outstanding real-money balances will be returned subject to applicable KYC checks.

555sx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Minor clarifications may be made without specific notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by the operator.

For users based in Pakistan: nothing in these Terms overrides applicable Pakistani law. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with local legal requirements. 555sx does not represent that its operations are authorised under Pakistani law.

To raise a complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance using the contact details in Section 17. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 28 business days.
